Virginie Dequesne is a specialist in large-scale real estate transactions and regularly handles complex transactions and construction and urban planning law arrangements.

She acts mainly on behalf of institutional investors, semi-public companies, public housing offices, social housing companies and local authorities.

In this capacity, Virginie Dequesne conducts and coordinates operations on a national scale and manages acquisition/sale audits of complex real estate operations.

Virginie Dequesne manages a team of fifteen people, including ten notary graduates, most of whom are senior associates.

This team also includes two junior associates.

Jean-François Le Falher

Jean-François Le Falher has been a partner in the firm since 1999. He has a dual expertise in the fields of real estate and inheritance law.

Surrounded by a team able to work in French and English, he advises both professionals and individuals.

In the real estate field, Jean-François Le Falher has developed his expertise with professionals and investment funds in the context of major asset disposals.

In recent years, Jean-François Le Falher has led major acquisitions of a wide variety of assets, including real estate portfolios, the headquarters of listed companies, an iconic Parisian palace, the largest data center in Europe, and a world-class tennis academy.
